Agricultural Mechanization Administration and Service Center [2023] No. 94
To: All relevant units,
In order to effectively carry out the work of changing the information of certified agricultural machinery products due to the upgrading of diesel emission standards, the Administration and Service Center has issued the “Notice on the Relevant Work of Upgrading Diesel Emission Standards and Certified Agricultural Machinery Products” (Agricultural Mechanization Administration and Service Center [2022] No. 47) (hereinafter referred to as “the Notice”) and the “Supplementary Notice Regarding the Upgraded Diesel Emission Standards, Agricultural Machinery Testing and Certification, and Product Information Changes” (Agricultural Mechanization Administration and Service Center [2022] No. 185).
As some provinces have reported that the “National IV Agricultural Machinery Parameter Self-change Table” in the notification does not include some parameters needed for allocation and review, in order to better support the purchasing subsidy allocation for National IV agricultural machinery products, the Administration and Service Center has revised the “National IV Agricultural Machinery Parameter Self-change Table” in the notice, adding a remark column to explain when there are no changes to allocation parameters, as well as voluntary changes to parameters needed for upgrading to National IV for allocation review. See the attachment for the requirements for filling out this table. If the remark column has already been filled out and uploaded to the national agricultural machinery testing and certification management information platform and there are no new remarks, there is no need to resubmit.
