On the morning of July 13, the municipal agricultural machinery appraisal station conducted a special training on the application of reliability engineering technology to improve the quality of harvesters in our city on the occasion of the 2017 annual harvester quality survey and analysis meeting.
Reliability is an important index of harvester quality, which is divided into inherent reliability and operational reliability according to type. Inherent reliability refers to the inherent attributes determined in the whole process from product design to manufacturing; service reliability considers the impact of use and maintenance on the harvester, including the use, maintenance methods and the technical proficiency of operators, which have a significant impact on the life and function of the harvester. The commonly used evaluation characteristics of reliability include reliability, cumulative failure probability, mean time between failures, failure rate and bathtub curve.
The training points out that the reliability problems of harvester are mainly reflected in three aspects: management level, lack of top-level design and management support; technical level, lack of practical technology and evaluation methods; hardware level, lack of components and whole machine test means.
The training suggests that harvester enterprises should establish the top-level design and reliability guarantee system of reliability engineering covering the whole life cycle of harvester at the management level; improve the existing reliability evaluation technology and methods at the technical level, implement the active elimination technology for early failure of harvester; develop reliability test device at the level of hardware, and establish complete set of component test device and rapid test device of whole machine Set. In addition, the inherent reliability of the product should be improved before the harvester leaves the factory, and the relevant personnel (users, sales personnel, maintenance personnel, etc.) should be assisted to improve the use reliability of the product after leaving the factory.
